London, where the Buddha sits!
Well, again the work speaks for itself... the buddha and his throne!
The eyes of tree large Buddhas were opened at the time of the Temple rabne, so they were all blessed by all the visiting Lamas who came when HH Dalai Lama came to inaugurate Lerab Ling in 2008... they now radiate those blessings in London, Paris and Amsterdam. The Buddha in Berlin came a year earlier, it was done on site, and since was blessed by SO many very eminent Lamas...
I hope Rinpoche will be happy with the throne, I was a little daring somehow... He has not seen it yet...
I loved doing this work and also, so well cared for by really adorable people at the Center, the city is so vibrant, National Museums and Galleries all exquisite! a real nourishment!!!

An act of love... Homage to Khandro Tsering Chödrön
It has been nearly a year... such a strong moment... I very much hesitated before posting anything about this work... many people came to help painting, we had to be fast... so much grace... a work of love.... our Homage to Khandro Tsering Chödrön, one of the greatest Dakini on earth... Thank you Khandrola, it was a privilege to meet you, love you and honor you... thank you Rinpoche...
Nelly's beautiful work!!!
Nelly is an amazing young woman, very talented, a wonderful wood carver. Please look at those 8 auspicious signs, they are her very first work within the Tibetan Tradition. She created and completed those, firstly with her diligent observation at thangka, followed by her wonderful craft. I really love her work! and I am sure that this is only the beginning of her talented journey. Nelly can also be contacted through Lerab Ling, in France.
